Before leading the firm, Mr. Weis operated his own law practice in Bergen County, where he handled a wide range of legal matters for individuals, business owners, and local companies. His experience working with small businesses gives him a practical understanding of the legal, financial, and operational challenges clients often face.

Mr. Weis began his legal career at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, where he gained valuable experience in criminal law, courtroom procedure, and the legal system. His prosecutorial background and years in private practice allow him to approach legal matters with strategic judgment and a strong understanding of both sides of a case.
