Luke Faugno is an associate attorney at Faugno Weis Duarte Raso, LLC, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and criminal defense. He joined the firm in 2024 after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Marc D. Ramundo, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, during the 2023–2024 term.
During his clerkship, Mr. Faugno was involved in a broad range of criminal matters and gained valuable experience in legal research, motion practice, courtroom proceedings, and criminal case development. That foundation supports his work in personal injury litigation, criminal defense, and other litigation-focused matters, allowing him to approach each case with careful analysis and preparation.
Mr. Faugno graduated from Ramapo College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2023 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
